How you move through a day
When you lock in, when you drift, who drains you, who makes you sharper, and what your "I am so back" voice sounds like.
02 / Model of you
Quavil listens to you throught the day, and aims to build a model of you as close to the one your brain has. Your habits, the people you talk to, your motivations, your purpose, your work, everything.

When you lock in, when you drift, who drains you, who makes you sharper, and what your "I am so back" voice sounds like.
02
Mom, cofounder, investor, professor, the girl from the first date. Quavil keeps the tiny details attached to the right person.
03
The songs you repeat, what you order, where you work best, the words you overuse, and the routines you quietly keep.
04
What you say when you are hyping yourself up, what usually precedes a slump, and what actually gets you moving again.
"You usually start big code work after midnight, but your cleanest decisions happen before lunch. You talk faster around pricing. You say 'one sec' when you are about to overcommit."

03 / Track your life
Quavil captures the day as transcript, then turns the boring stream into useful stats: who you spoke to, what you ate, what you listened to, where you went, what you promised, and what mattered.

Say "track my calories." At a restaurant, Quavil uses your location, looks up the menu, listens to what you order, and estimates the meal.
Tell it: "I am going on a first date. Track interests." Later you can ask what movies she loves, where she wants to travel, and what she said she hates.
How long you spoke, who you met, what songs were playing, what you promised, what you bought, and where the day quietly went.
04 / Database
Every conversation becomes searchable memory. Not just a pile of transcripts: people, places, projects, decisions, promises, and receipts linked together so the answer has context.

You said the current office gets noisy after 4 pm, but the terrace is great for investor calls.

Zara, second floor. You were near the trial rooms and said the linen one looked better.

Main point: stop treating the API as an internal shortcut. Version it, document it, and add failure receipts.
05 / Work
The magic is not voice commands. The magic is that "home," "my cofounder," "that investor," "our API," and "the fight we had" mean something specific.
It already knows where you are and what "home" means. It checks the route, shows price and ETA, then asks before booking.
Transcript, decisions, objections, follow-ups, promises, and a clean email draft before you leave the room.
First "I love you," favorite trips, inside jokes, the dumb fight, what got fixed, and a letter that sounds like you.
Reads overnight failures, groups recurring errors, opens the repo context, and briefs your coding agent with the right stack trace.
06 / Orchestrate
Claude, Codex, Cursor, Anode, browser agents, local scripts. Quavil is the layer that briefs them, watches them, compares them, and asks you before anything serious ships.

Approves
01
Chooses the agent, ships the right context, and stops you from writing the same brief four times.
02
Watches logs, tests, branches, and agent progress while you are in class, asleep, or pretending to be offline.
03
Runs two approaches, diffs the outputs, and tells you which one is cleaner instead of making you vibe-check a patch.
04
Before merge, deploy, delete, pay, or message, Quavil stops and asks. Then it leaves a receipt.
Give Codex the backend failures, Claude the refactor, Cursor the UI polish. Quavil keeps the project state and tells you where they disagree.
You complain out loud that checkout is broken. Later: "fix that thing from lunch." Quavil knows the repo, the error, and the rant.
Start an overnight migration, wake up to test results, changed files, risky diffs, and a short "approve this or reject this" brief.
Ask it to build the dashboard "like the one I described to Ananya last Friday." Quavil pulls the conversation and turns it into a real task.
07 / Insights
Once Quavil has enough life context, it can notice the tiny repeated stuff: where your energy comes from, which conversations change your mood, and which promises keep slipping.
01
Not a medical claim, just a pattern: your longest clean work blocks keep showing up after that bowl and a 20 minute walk.
02
Some days up, some days off. Quavil notices the pattern and can ask, gently, if you want to unpack it later.
03
Ten minutes, lots of "haan haan," and you usually call while walking somewhere. That is useful to know before it becomes regret.
04
Walks, Uber rides, post-meeting exits. Quavil catches the idea before it dissolves into "wait what was that thing?"
05
You interrupt when excited, talk faster on pricing, and skip the risk slide when nervous. Fixable, because now it is visible.
06
The app sees the difference between "deep work" on the calendar and 46 minutes of Slack plus three tabs of panic.
08 / Privacy
Always-on memory only works if the person wearing it is in charge. The product stance is simple: your life graph belongs to you, and Quavil should be more inspectable than any assistant you have used.
01
The value is transcript, structured memory, derived facts, and receipts. Raw audio should be temporary unless you explicitly keep it.
02
A physical control, not a cute software promise. If the mic is off, Quavil should be off in a way you can trust.
03
"Forget the last ten minutes" removes the transcript, memory, index entries, and derived facts tied to that window.
04
Money, files, messages, code pushes, bookings, and deletes require approval. Afterward you get a receipt.
05
Your life graph is yours. Export it, inspect it, correct it, and wipe it. No ad targeting. No selling personal memory.
06
Every answer should show where it came from. Every action should show what happened. No mysterious "trust me bro" boxes.
09 / Octa.01 specs
Octa.01 is the pendant you wear so Quavil can live with you. The real product is the memory and action layer, but yes, the little galaxy-blue thing matters.
